These plans are not pet insurance. They cover routine, scheduled preventative care. If your pet gets sick or injured, that's where pet insurance comes in. We actually recommend having both so you're covered on all fronts.

Wellness Plans FAQs

How long is the wellness plan commitment?
Wellness plans run on a 12-month cycle. This lets us spread the cost of a full year of preventative care into affordable monthly payments. Plans auto-renew unless you let us know you'd like to cancel before the renewal date.

Can I cancel my plan early?
If you need to cancel before your 12 months are up, any services already used will be billed at their regular price. The difference between what you've paid and what was used will be settled at that time. Give us a call at (519) 896-0532 and we'll walk you through it. There is an office administration fee for early cancellations.

What if my pet needs care beyond what's in the plan?
Wellness plans cover preventative care. If your pet needs additional diagnostics, treatment, or surgery, those will be billed separately. Plan members do receive a 25% discount on consultations, which helps offset unexpected visits.

Is this pet insurance?
No. Wellness plans are not insurance. They're a payment plan for routine preventative care like exams, vaccines, and lab work. We actually recommend pairing a wellness plan with pet insurance so you're covered on both fronts.

How do I sign up?
Just give us a call at (519) 896-0532 or fill out our contact form and mention which plan you're interested in. Our team will get you set up and book your pet's first appointment.

Can I switch plans mid-year?
In some cases, yes. Talk to our team and we'll sort it out.
