Your Customized Pet Portal

Your pet portal is a new way from Kingsdale in Kitchener to allow you access to your pet's health data. You can schedule appointments, request pet boarding stays, health certificates and more.Since we implemented this new feature, we have been receiving amazing feedback from clients. Popular aspects of the portal is the online scheduling and prescription refills which makes it very convenient for clients.

Let's say you wanted to book an appointment. You simply go to our website and select PET PORTAL in the main navigation. From there, you can login to your personalized portal, having access to all your pets. The same is true if you wanted to renew a prescription, book a boarding stay or if you needed a vaccine certificate emailed to you.

Alternatively, there is also a mobile app available if you use an iPhone or Android device.
